The data collected contained several innacuracies that were likely attributed to a combination of unintentional errors made by respondents when reporting the data, and potentially situations in which some DOTs have differences in the type of workforce data they collect and what is covered by the survey. Committee on HR leadership is evaluating how to move forward with the data we have, and how to mitigate this challenge in the future.
